3. Client Obligations

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Ensure safe and compliant working conditions for supplied staff
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Notify us immediately of any workplace incidents involving our staff

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Service fees are determined based on the scope of services provided and are detailed in individual service agreements. Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges as per the service agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Candidate Terms

Candidates registered with Jobzify agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain professional conduct during assignments
• Comply with client workplace policies and procedures
• Notify us of any changes to availability or contact information
• Report workplace concerns or incidents promptly

6. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service provision. This includes but is not limited to business processes, candidate information, client data, and commercial terms. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of service agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jobzify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract, illegal activity, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

9. Legal Compliance

Jobzify operates in full compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards. We maintain necessary licenses and registrations. Clients and candidates must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective capacities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
